6月11日，由中华人民共和国商务部主办，贵州科学院承办的洪都拉斯网络安全研修班结业典礼在贵阳圆满落幕。来自洪都拉斯财政部、外交部、自然资源部等多个部门20名官员和技术骨干，经过为期14天的系统学习与实践考察，圆满完成研修任务。

On June 11, the closing ceremony of the The Seminar on Cyber-security for Honduras, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and organized by Guizhou Academy of Sciences, was held in Guiyang. 20 officials and technical experts from multiple Honduran departments, including the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Natural Resources, completed their 14-day study and practical inspection.

多年来，贵州科学院通过承办商务部援外培训项目，向发展中国家分享了我国在计算机科学与技术、大数据、现代农业技术、生态环保、人工智能等领域的先进经验与发展成果，在促进国际交流合作同时，也进一步加深中国与其他发展中国家的深厚友谊。

For years, Guizhou Academy of Sciences has shared China’s expertise in computer science and technology, big data, modern agricultural technology, ecological environmental protection, and artificial intelligence with developing countries through Ministry of Commerce-funded foreign aid training programs. These efforts not only foster international exchange and cooperation but also deepen the friendship between China and other developing countries.

贵州科学院相关负责人表示，本期研修班作为援外人力资源培训项目的重要组成部分，为中国与洪都拉斯搭建了一座沟通的桥梁，让我们有机会增进彼此了解、加强交流互鉴、实现共同进步，也为双方在信息技术与人工智能领域的深度合作筑牢根基。

A representative from the Guizhou Academy of Sciences said that this training seminar, as a key component of the foreign aid human resources training program, has established a communication bridge between China and Honduras. It has offered an opportunity to enhance mutual understanding, deepen exchanges and mutual learning, and achieve shared progress. Meanwhile, it has laid a solid foundation for the two sides to further cooperate in the fields of information technology and artificial intelligence.

据了解，本次研修班开设的课程涵盖了中国网络安全政策法规、新一代互联网技术安全、大数据物联网应用及人工智能等内容，为学员提供了宝贵的理论知识和实践经验。

The curriculum covered core topics including China’s cyber-security policies and regulations, new-generation internet security technologies, practical applications of big data and IoT, and AI governance, equipping participants with valuable theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.

除了理论学习，研修班还安排丰富的参观考察。学员们实地参观了贵州科学院科技成果展示中心、贵州科学院高新技术产业创新基地、国家大数据（贵州）综合试验区展示中心以及贵阳和厦门的相关企业，见证了中国在数字经济和高科技领域的蓬勃发展。这些参观考察不仅拓宽了学员们的视野，也让他们对中国在网络安全和数字经济方面的成就有了更直观的认识。

Beyond classroom learning, the program also included extensive field researches. Participants visited the Guizhou Academy of Sciences Exhibition Center, the Academy’s High-Tech Pilot Base, the National Big Data (Guizhou) Comprehensive Pilot Zone Exhibition Center, and cyber-security enterprises in Guiyang and Xiamen. These visits allowed them to know about China’s dynamic progress in the digital economy and high-tech sectors, offering them tangible insights into the cyber-security and digital innovation of China.

“此次研修班既是专业技术的学习，也是文化与商贸方面的交流。”参训学员代表洪都拉斯财政部信息技术司司长雅各布·普鲁多特表示，此次研修令人印象深刻，让我们亲眼见证了中国如何将创新、数字安全融入各领域发展。下一步，洪都拉斯将持续与中国开展进一步交流合作，在相互尊重、互利共赢、可持续发展的道路上携手共进。

"This seminar was not merely technical study, but also a profound cultural and commercial exchange", said Jacob Prudot, Director of the IT Department at Honduras’ Ministry of Finance. "The seminar left a deep impression, showcasing how China integrates innovation and digital security into development. Honduras will continue deepening collaboration with China, advancing on a path of mutual respect, win-win cooperation, and sustainable development."
